First fill up in about 3 months, took about 28 liters, so can't get that excited.

I got spare Prius that I loan to friends for free and they almost always show their gratitude by returning the car with a full tank... Haven't bought gas myself since last year!

 

Our new rule is that we buy gas if it's available.

When prices are on an upward trend I'll always prefer to pay today's price vs. tomorrow's.

This wah will up your chances of getting another Donkey in the White House, and if we keep degrading their ability to deploy ICBMs and nukes it will not mattery how many plane loads of cash we fly over there.
At then end of the day, the Iranian People will have to rise up and deal with the IRGC and the Ukies are proving that you cannot completely stop terror attacks from an invading nation.
High gas prices will incentivize investments in so-called green energy and help the Climate Industrial Complex, and the necessary higher taxes that will fund it will not only be levied by the DNC, but they will ACTUALLY BRAG ABOUT IT.

My gas prices yesterday: $3.099 but I cheated.
Two local gas stations are in a price wah - one Texaco/Chevron and one Marathon owned by Indians - meaning the ones from the subcontinent.

 

Just filled up the 5G yesterday, std half-tank sortie: >$30 for 5.43 gals of 89 @$5.80 per -- about $7 - 8 more per fillup. Not catastrophic... but I drive a vehicle w/ 62 mpg average

No wonder the coal-roller coal-ition's driving like decent people these days (less contractor's brodozers that don't pay for their own fuel). Would be hating life to need a 30-gal fillup every 4 days, and need premium

 

The ARCO by my work went up from $4.099 per gallon on 2/23/26 to $5.659 per gallon on 3/23/26.

 

Nearby Valero, Chevron, and 76 are all at or over $6, ARCO is about $0.60 less. We happened to be in Lomita on PCH yesterday, and somehow they were about $0.30 to $0.40 more than in the San Gabriel valley. Which is strange because there is a refinery right there. Or maybe not strange, as it turns out that refinery is shutting down. Strangely, a good chunk of our gas is produced in the US and then shipped through the Bahamas (not directly), because, well, see for yourself:

his king tax at the pump, also call it TDS tax, is about $1.75 more now, are they running out of fuel on top of oil prices? Completely caused by the king for no actual reason, it’s time for the cabinet to do it’s 25th amendment duties. Far past the time and they aren’t going to do it.

 

Trump is teaching a master class in how NOT to do diplomacy and foreign affairs.

1. Start an (unconstitutional) trade war with every country on the planet.
2. Insult allies repeatedly and viciously.
3. Threaten to invade two of those allies.
4. Repeatedly suggest that the US might not hold up its NATO defense responsibilities.
5. Fawn over dictators who are very unpopular with our allies and do everything possible to support the invading side in the Ukraine conflict.
6. Without congressional approval, adequate planning, provision of defenses for nearby countries, or even sane repositioning of our own military assets, start a war with Iran.
7. Be shocked and amazed when Iran retaliates, attacking our military and other targets in numerous other countries and closing the strait of Hormuz. (More like imposing a form of piracy on it, but that is a quibble.)
8. Cry "Wah wah, you all have to come help me now because the mean Iranians are doing exactly what everybody but me knew they would."
9. Be shocked and amazed that the Europeans respond with "You broke it, you fix it. Also go F' yourself."
