    Has the following codes.
    Car will start and drive but
    No dashboard lights
    No power windows
    No power steering
    No climate control
    Changed fusible link under hood so far
    Ecu opened and no visible damage
    At a loss and am ready to junk the car

    Don’t know if it’s in ready mode because no Speedo lights at all replaced cap in combo meter no change

    I would focus, first, on the repair manual troubleshooting steps for the C1242 and the communication codes (the U codes and the P3108, which is a communication code despite starting with a P). There could be some wiring damage somewhere, for example. The C1310 may take care of itself when other issues are resolved.
