Looked at Toyota parts online and they all claim that part number 74482-47010 is what I need but is sure looks like a HC battery part in the drawing?

So what is the real Toyota part number? or am I reading that drawing wrong

My used Prius Prime didn't have a hold down on the 12 volt.

I believe it's a pinch clamp at the base of the battery. I don't recall an over the battery strap. I'll look tomorrow.

Yep; it's a clamp at the base of the battery, facing the drivers side fender. Looks like a 10mm or 12mm bolt to remove.

Any chance of a part number or a photo?

Yep; looks like the 74482. On Mendel's data sheet. Don't know if your missing that lower clamp sub-assembly too; that the top clamp bolts into.
