2024 LE AWD: front tires do not have TPMS in them (long story). Rear tires DO have TPMS sensors. Nevertheless, I cannot get the car to display the tire pressures for the rear tires. I’ve tried the programming options on the dash with set one versus two etc, but I’m still unsuccessful getting tire pressures to display.

I have two of my original Prius rims that do have the original TMPS sensors installed sitting in the garage. Other than dismounting these old wore out tires to get the sensors out, Is there any other workarounds to get the car to display the rear two tire pressures?

If they're close to the car it should detect them.
