I'm replacing a brake pump actuator on a 2005 Toyota Prius.

I got the part out along with the bracket. Unfortunately, the top line/hose nut is stuck in there and the thread got stripped.

I got the part out by opening the other end of the line, and taking it along with the part.

At this point I want to replace it. The nut isn't coming out, so I'm looking for that entire line.

Anyone got a part number for it?

Dealer parts department would be quicker. You can show them this photo and buy it from there. Also they will guarantee it fits.

Did you use the flare nut wrench or normal one?

It doesn't look all that damaged. A good quality flare nut wrench should get it done. Never use cheap wrenches on a job like this. Risk/reward on this job is no joke.

I did not use a flared nut wrench. That's my fault, learned lesson. I looked them up and grabbed some now to use when I put the new part in.

I did buy a new brake line anyway, so I'll replace it regardless, but I'll try to take this one out with the new wrench set. Maybe someone can repair this part.
