Yes, at: http://www.selidori.com/tech/prius/DOC/ There are separate versions for 2004-2005 and 2006-2009. The 2010 version appears to be the User Manual, not the Technical Manual. JeffD
You might find some free resources online (like wiring diagrams or partial manuals), but full versions are usually paid or require subscription access. If you’re planning to do your own work, your best bet is to get proper toyota Repair manuals(dot)com(PDF). They give you complete repair steps, diagrams, and specs so you’re not stuck relying on the dealership for everything.
Presuming that you remove the spaces and replace (dot) with a period, that link resolves to a dodgy looking Indonesian gambling site. Best edit this post to remove that link.
Looking at the links in the other post, they both report that the sites are not secure. Maybe these should be reviewed by @jdenenberg and @krg03?
My web site, doctord.webhop.net, is not "secured" as I do not do any financial transactions. It is reported correctly as "Not Secure" by the web browser, but there are no files with viruses on the site. JeffD
Is that just a matter of not having https set up for the site? Web browsers are getting more and more aggressive about 'protecting' their users from non-https sites, so increasingly visitors to a no-https site have to jump through more and more hoops to get the site to display. 20-plus years ago when I first set my site up, my provider would have charged extra for SSL, so I didn't bother, Since more like ten years ago, they don't charge extra; in fact, around the time I was getting around to asking them, I tried out my site with https in front and it worked. They had just added SSL for me before I even asked. They use Let's Encrypt for free certificates. It's very little burden to support SSL these days.
I run my web site locally in my basement so I am the provider using the free Apache server on a Windows PC. So far I have not needed to run SSL thus the "Not Secured" notice. JeffD
OP's been here since 2010, and this was his first post, nothing since. I messaged him a link to my copy.
