Since 2012 I have had a Prius. Around 2014 I brought 4 15-inch snow tires on 15-inch rims. They worked on my 2017 Prius and also on my 2019 even though the2019 came with 17-inch rims. Well, I'm in the process of buying a 2026 Corolla Hybrid that is coming with 18-inch tires. My question is will I be able to use my 15-inch snow tires on the new car? Any advice will be appreciated. In advance thanks for your time and thoughts Jerry Z.
Deleted (misread your question) BTW: Google’s AI is saying the Corolla Cross does come with a spare, in certain markets. Australia for one. This is similar to 5th gen Prius, non plug-in version.
Why would you want 12 year old tires on your car in winter? Tire rubber hardens with age, and after 5-6 seasons those super-soft snow tire compounds are (at best) the same as all-seasons.
