    Hi all!

Back again with my other Prius. I was driving home from work the other day (20+ miles, highway driving) and was a couple of blocks from my house when the red triangle of death appeared, in addition to the VSC and warning light.

I've pulled the codes using an Autel MaxiAP200 and found:

    P3000 (detail code 123)
    P0A84

I've attached the freeze frame data for each.

From my basic knowledge, seems like a problem with the HV fan (and that in turn throws a P3000 as a "something is wrong, help").

We had quite a bit of rain here in the past couple of weeks. Our other Prius had a decent amount of water in the 12V battery compartment (and this Prius has had water in there before). I cleaned and sealed the cracks in around the hatch in both after finding the water in the other Prius. Then a few days later, the code appears in this Prius.

I'm thinking corrosion in the HV battery fan connector? I can't see anything else from the freeze frame data.

So should I pull apart the rear and check the fan? Anywhere else I should be looking other than the connectors?

    Thanks!
