Red Triangle, P0A0F and Throttle error

    The one i replaced last June failed. P21111 code. See below. Can see its trying to find a position. Car is not drivable. Never expect this to happen on <1 yr old genuine toyota part.

    I tried to clean it.. it was really clean inside. So no use.
