Water Intrusion on Front Driver’s Side Door

    Hello all, last night it rained and today I noticed rust stains around the top seal of the drivers side door. I don’t think these stains were there before. I recently put silicon on a hairline crack in the trunk area and took the bead of silicon all the way up the gutters to the windshield to adhere the plastic to the car because the clips came off. That’s the only thing I can think of that is different since last time it rained. Any ideas would be helpful! I checked the weather seals and they look ok. I posted pics below. Thank you!
