And if you're driving a Prius you just laugh at the F250

19 cents or even 39 cents isn’t much when gas is around $5+

And if you need to pull a 5th wheel trailer you just laugh at the prius.
If we were messaging without being nasty of course we'd each say that there's every kind of vehicle for every kind of task.

Perhaps what might be equally important is being resilient. For many that's having a little more than this week's fuel or Groceries on hand.
So with that in mind, besides 100s of pounds of propane, we store our diesel, which, last time we filled up at Costco was maybe 3 months ago.
That included all of our Jerry cans. Since we have more campgrounds that we could ever attend w/in 50mi, we will use no more than 5 gallons each way for the Duramax.

    ;)

People really need to be more prepared in case of the inevitable. Look at the careless politicians running California with empty water reserves nearest to known risky fire areas. You play stupid games, & ya win stupid prizes. Similarly, the last Federal Administration depleted the National Emergency fuel reserves - because (among this & other policies) why? Better for subsequent administrations to fix things? isn't that why we have a nearly 40 trillion national debt? No side wants to be the bad guy? Great game of musical chairs, right?

if one were to retaliate with something equally insinuating ignorance, one might say, "... should we take financial advice from someone living in a high crime city like paramount? Living in the equally horrible next door city of Bellflower was motive to get the heck out of the entire county in our early 20s - even before I got so bad.
Put another way, if we keep our words soft & sweet they're much easier to chew & swaller.

As for the YouTube video, "Owe nothing" people will always owe something whether it's food for your stomach - or a mortgage - or yer rent that pays for the owner's mortgage, or income taxes - or property taxes - car insurance etc.
