My 12V Battery is dying

    I took out this sub battery. To see if something is burned. But it looks very clean. Now I need to buy this part from somewhere like Ebay for around 300 dollar. It sucks. I wish it could see what is exactly broken here so I could just solder.

    What sucks is that electronics failure could potentially 'total' your car.
    I'd be interested how it turns out. At least there doesn't seem to be any 'programming' involved.

    Edit: I got the used 24012 from Ebay (300+tax). Mine was 24011

    I replaced, and I dont have error anymore. So I fixed it without paying 1830 dollar to dealer.
