That's a better price than I paid for the exact same battery. I thought the $359 that I paid was and still a good.

Like buying stocks, I guess you can almost never buy at the lowest price.

Not a good idea. It has a float feature that with continued use will damage t h e LiFePO4 battery.

I watched that video, too. As nearly all I could find.

A P3648 charger will display the battery's voltage and cut off when the battery's charge is full.

If you do an eBay search, one could be had for about $65.

The original charger is worth $150 plus used, Mine was the Delta Q charger. The newer version is worth nearly $300.

Your original charge port and cable is worth $50. I accidentally destroyed mine. That turned out to be good, because it led me to develop a better direct charging cable and system.

Great. I have the easy to install complete set, if and when you want them.

If you are on the East Coast, like me, the battery will be shipped by FedEx from New Jersey.

You'll get it in 2-3 days.

Yes, I changed it with 75-90 synthetic Super Tech from Walmart.

    It was easy.

    Yes, it will still fit.

There is a bar between the front and back batteries.

You might have to place a couple of pieces of wood to raise the surface above the center dividing bar.

Since the Eco Worthy battery is much lower than the taller originals, a pressure treated 2×4 would be a good choice.

I would double stick one cross bar that fits the width of the front battery cavity to the front bottom of the battery and another to the back bottom of the battery and strap the entire assembly down with the 8 ft long luggage strap.

You want the battery terminals facing towards the back of the mower.

    This video might help.

If you go with direct charging, you can get rid of the original charging harness, the charger .lockout relay and the lead-acid battery temperature sensor.

You do not want the on board charger. You want to remove the original charging harness by taking out the three Phillips screws from the back, drill out a half inch hole for the Xt60 connector pigtail.

thank you! I was just measuring it. the sticking point seems to be width at rear risers that are only 12" wide. as long as th 17.2" will fir in front of those, I should be able to do some simple mods to make it fit as you said.

Looks like you'll be fine. Usung the 2×4 risers will allow you to fit the slightly wider Eco-Worthy battery. Just cut two 12 inch long pieces of 2×4.

    Happy to help.

One other thing that's different with the RM300E is the diameter of the holes in the main cable lugs that connect to the Eco-Worthy battery.

The lugs have 6mm or 1/4 inch equivalent holes. The Eco-Worthy battery uses 8mm bolts. You'll need to use a round file to enlarge the holes on the lugs of the battery cables.
