So, my Prius came to me with a broken lower glove box latch. The upper is about to break on me too. Online people are wanting anywhere from $20 to $60 USD for a working upper and lower latch. I, being the cheap nice person I am, decided to just design one in CAD. Currently working lower latch with $0.70 (for 10 7mm OD x 20mm springs), and optional foam. I'm happy to report it's working. I don't think I have the clout to post links yet, but if anyone is interested I'll be uploading the STLs on my git hub this week for folks to download and print replacement buttons instead of having to find one at the junker or buying it online.

These buttons break at the spring retention rod and at the spring loaded locking latch to keep the button in its housing. I made the locking latches a bit more robust.

Mods, please let me know if I can post links or not. Thanks!

EDIT: I'm planning on taking a photo of the Prius dash texture to match the 3D printed button's texture to the Prius. Right now I'm using a wood grain texture to quick match and test the button. I'll have the upper modeled to so you can have a complete set.
