The HV to LV DC converter is what keeps the LV system going while on the road, just like an alternator.

Another video on the captive Tesla repair centers and the high cost of repairs.

It was a great fun reading back through dozens of the prior posts in this threa-d how this kind of gobbledygook was debunked.

Timely, I just replaced the driver door, window control, switch assembly of my 2019 Model 3. Lazy man style: T30 bit and driver; flat screwdriver, and rubber headed mallet.

It took 1 minute to replace and 29 minutes to figure out how.

Pretty tough way to rationalize - as none of our 3 vehicles are Tesla any more - LOL
The real question is, why such a hater?

Not a hater, just want full access to documentation and parts to do my own repairs.

Tesla repair restrictions appears to violate the Sherman Anti-Trust Act and likely Magnuson-Moss.

You don't even own the data that Tesla gathers on you.

I prefer full autonomy from "Big brother. "

For someone who thinks they are such a know-it-all, you don't seem to know it all

Look who's talking. You are claiming now to be a professor making homework assignments.

Like the king, you are into psychological projection.

I never claimed to be a know-it-all. You obviously act like one.

I welcome and consider all information regardless of the source, even from you, without prejudice.

The more I learn; the more I find out that I don't know.

Can you point me in the direction of a car company that does allow full access to documentation and parts? I can't seem to even be able to properly bleed my brakes or change my wheel sensors in my Avalon.

Anyone here or anywhere heard of any owner who has bought and used a Tesla diagnostic scanner?

Set to fire off but instead decided - best you do your own homework captain - lazy

Seriously suspect You are Simply Trying to Figure out Tesla advantages without doing your own homework.
There's a reason they are leading sales in some areas. Hope you can figure it out

I don't judge the links that I provide.

    I just deliver information.

    I let the reader decide.

They don't have to agree with me.

Negative opinions are as valuable as positive ones to me.

Tyrants like the king only want positive information and to be sucked up to.

Facts are much more valuable than
    Iies.

Oh boy. So even political parties only have to do with positive or negative electric car outcomes. LOL. A true narcissistic view.

Even lies are valuable. It provides information on how gullible some individuals are.

Some people will believe anything as long as it validates their beliefs.

With 179,000 miles and 7 years, I’m already on self-maintenance. Between YouTube and the online Tesla maintenance manuals, I’m happy with my Model 3. Very affordable operating costs.
