I bought 8 gals regular at Costco at $5.29, the last time was 4 gals in April at $4.32. For some reason Costco is able to undercut most local stations by 70 cents at this moment, which hover around $6. The way I feel ttatp is through higher prices on necessities that are transported, mostly with diesel.

 

The in-law's & families lived in San Diego since the 1930s. They would always cross the Tijuana/Rosarito border (many still do) to either buy diesel or gasoline. Even today those 2 fuels are over a buck a gallon cheaper there.
