Good morning, The air conditioning on my 2018 Prius Prime has stopped working. I went to the shop to check for gas in the circuit, but it's present and there are no leaks. Connecting the diagnostic computer shows error code B14A7, which can't be cleared. It seems to be identifying a faulty valve in the A/C circuit. Does anyone have the Toyota program to diagnose this problem? Has this ever happened to anyone? Thanks
I have a workshop program at work and the error code B14A7 describes it like this: Wiring, Air Conditioning System Refrigerant Temperature Sensor, Heat Pump Control Module
Good morning, perhaps with a little more information I could get some assistance? When I press the AC button, not only does the air conditioning not work, but the heat pump doesn't even start in the winter. The car only blows hot air when I'm in HV mode because it's evidently using the engine's hot water. With the A/C on, the radiator fans in the engine compartment also don't start.
