12v in F seats always on - where to tap into?

    12v in F seats always on - where to tap into?

    Want to have a cigarette lighter with constant power in F seats, amongst other reasons, to run a laptop (with no battery)/Techstream all the time so I don't have to reboot the laptop all the time I shut off the car.

    there's a 12v jump point in the fuse box under the hood
