reporting in, I got 25TA13 and 26TA03 performed on the car yesterday. It took a long time (about 4 hours) but everything appears to be working and there are no unfortunate rattles. Considereing the back seats have to come out and some of the door trim so they could run a new harness it was pretty extensive. The one thing I recommend if you get the rear doors fixed, fold down your seats after and make sure they tucked everything in correctly. The cloth and rubber protectors were pretty crinkled up on mine so I have to straighten it all out. Other than that, it looks like it is a success. Considering this is the second recall to fix the door issue, I am hoping this finally solves the issue.

On a side note, it looks like delaerships are doing some new things. They also performed a free "manditory" safety inspection looking at the brakes and to make sure the front mat was secure. They took a video and uploaded it to some cloud service for you to view and I guess for them to keep for their records. They also created a trade-in inspection and value assessment. They are willing to buy my prius for $32k.
