    Video has a bunch of mistakes in it.
    Toyota didn't lock up all the hybrid patents. Both Toyota & Ford cross-licensed their hybrid tech so neither would sue the other for infringement. Saving a boatload in court costs & potentially unfavorable rulings.

    If you're going to post a video please post a comment or context or both so we know why you posted it. If I was dependent on other commenters instead of you to know why you posted it then it would mean the video is inaccurate information generated by AI and is a waste of time. However, if you actually had a point to why you posted this your effort would seem less illegitimate.
