Hey all, I'm interested in help on next steps in pursuit of Toyota National's assistance with replacing a bad combination meter on a 2006 Prius with 300k+ miles. I've followed the advice on other posts, making sure Toyota heard me say that having no dashboard is a clear safety issue and that I never received any letter back in 2013 about getting the combination meter replaced. However, my request through the Toyota Brand Engagement Center was denied, and Toyota is claiming that there is no appeal process for that decision. The basis for their decision apparently was
    - Mileage is too high
    - Gaps in Toyota service record

To me these are both relevant justifications when it comes to other car issues but BS when it comes to a known bad combination meter. Can anyone who has succeeded at obtaining assistance for this issue offer advice on a best next step from here?
