I may have hit the “Charge Schedule” button and now I can’t delete whatever schedule is in memory. Please see the attached PDF. I’m trying to delete all Charging Events but the display is grayed out and won’t let me select it. Was anyone had this issue? Thanks in advance for your help.

Have you checked the condition of your 12V battery? Low voltage can cause the ECU to do very weird things.

You can force a factory reset by disconnecting your 12V battery for 5-10 minutes.

You can also force a "Charge Now" by plugging in the charger; when the green lamp flashes, unplug and replug the charging cable. That will tell your charging computer to charge now.

The charge schedule (ON-OFF) may be "greyed out" because you erased all the charging schedules. Try inputting a schedule to see if it will release the schedule ON-OFF.

I've never read the charge schedule Operations section; since the menu seems fairly straight forward. The system may allow you to overlap scheduled times; which would cause issues. My dealership actually inputted the wrong date into my car's system - making me think that my charge scheduling computer was wonkie. I figured that one out on my own; after the dealership stated that there was nothing wrong with it. The problem was intermittent, since I had a different charge schedule for weekends; but had to drive to work a few times on a partial charge - even though I validated my charging schedule several times and erased and re-inputted it several times.

Hope this helps; but I'd start with the 12V battery condition - it's probably low or due for replacement; if it hasn't been properly serviced.
