VSC/Triangle... Not like all the others... but close.

So, I was using my mom's car (06 Prius Standard) and saw it needed an oil change, got that done and after a few miles down the road it throws up VSC and red triangle lights. I was less than a mile from an O'Riley's, so I headed there to get the code read. As I pull into the lot it goes limp mode (2-3 miles an hour). Code was saying P1121. I got the car towed home and a week later changed the Coolant Flow Control Valve. Battery was unhooked and when I hooked it back up and made sure the coolant levels were good, I started the car. It came on fine, codes reset and nothing showing. It indicated the engine was sending power to the hybrid battery. I put it in drive got about 50 feet and it throws up VSC and Red Triangle but now it won't even go into limp mode. It has good coolant/oil levels. The Hybrid battery is in the green and the 12V is working fine. Anyone else have any suggestions or have you run into something like this and have an answer? I'm going to order a scan tool so I can see what the current VSC is saying but in the mean time?
