Do you honestly think that money went to help the Iranian citizens or, perhaps, it was used to buy yet more missiles and to fund terrorists all around the world? How many people died because of that??)

I would also speculate that some of the tanks of uranium hexafluoride were buried thus. I would not speculate that they all were.
