My Prius started alarming a door is ajar and to shift to park warning constantly, I checked doors, I have cleaned and lubed every latch, disassembled the hatch latch, cleaned and lubed it, changed all my door sensors, disconnected the 12v for a bit to see if resetting would help and still cannot get it to go away. I have an urgent medical appointment with my daughter over an hour away on Wednesday so trying to solve this before then, can’t afford the shop so can’t have them do a diagnostic (was quoted $125-150 without getting repairs done by the shops, price discounted if they do repairs). Any ideas as to what could be the issue and how to fix it?

thanks in advance for your help, it’s appreciated!

Check each latch sensor for continuity with a multimeter. If you don't have a multimeter you can use a wire to jump each sensor plug to find the culprit.
