A bit of clarification ...

"Awful oligarch" Ken Behring bought the Seahawks in 1988, but didn't load up the moving trucks to go to LA until 1996. Most people wouldn't call that "immediately". The move was blocked by the NFL and by a stadium lease. He then sold the franchise to Paul Allen in 1997.
