Auto parking brakes and rear seat belt chimes

Here's a great video on the titled subject. I don't have auto parking brakes, but the rear seat belt activation and warning chimes NOW makes sense. I rarely have people in my back seats and never researched this issue; since it's usually a one-off - until it happens again. Now I know how to fix it and maybe "WACK" the rear passenger for being an idiot.
Good info. on fob auto-start function too. Gonna have to try that.
