That belongs in a "The funniest line never spoken" thread  pure gold ......

This video, from about the 5:30 mark if you want to hit the rip into Tesla bit, backed up by facts unfortunately for all the Tesla fluffers out there.
AI generated I'm guessing because this is the same face and voice as the computer chip engineer you tube videos

A solid $1,000 savings the first full year, yes:
    • Cheap grid power fills the gap - mine is sized to give little to no solar electrons to the grid.
      • We have many commercial operations with their own solar fields.
    • Cost avoidance is tax avoidance - my taxable income is no longer used to pay that $1,000 expense.
    • Age frozen appraisal value - being 76 years old, my property appraised value and taxes not touched by the value of my house now with paid off, solar.
Around town, I’m running about $0.01/mile cost. So my trip to Waffle House cost less than the cash tip I left.

The hype bubble is definitely alive and well. Right now it was shifted from EVs to robotaxis and AI/Optimus.
The EV side of the business was doing great, until Elon flipped sides from pro-environment to anti.
Tesla gave up on their EV plans and let it coast. After alienating half of his customers the business has been treading water.

Tesla is refitting their oldest, least productive factory to produce Optimus. The robotaxi production line is a single line at Texas which had plenty of spare room (in part, thanks to the CyberTruck disaster).

Tesla still provides Billions of dollars every quarter to fund other pursuits.

Elon has reached some of his dreams, and failed at others.
I will never bet against (short) him, because he is (so far) a master marketer.

I have taken most of my chips off the table. The final 10% of my holdings is in the green until the stock drops under $10.
I currently hold it so I can vote as a shareholder for a return to the original mission statement, and against Elon’s bonus program.
