Set a departure time in the car’s charging schedule so that it can finish as close as possible to your departure to reduce the time it sits fully charged. Note that “full” in the battery meter doesn’t mean full in real state of charge as Toyota built in a large buffer. Full is around 82% actual state of charge so it’s ok to fully charge every day. If you’re travelling and leaving the car parked, I believe the manual states to leave the battery “empty” and the car in hybrid (HV) mode.
