Adding Hella DynaView driving lights - CARR Lightwing + mods ?

Had these lights on a Hyundai Accent hatchback. Game changers. Going to buy another set. Had them on a CARR Lightwing. They don't make one with a JDM bolt pattern. Google Ai says to buy an adapter plate and bolt them together, and to drill a small hole Through the wing beneath each light in order to mount "adjustable grille stabilizer struts" (aka bumper splitter rods) from the wing to the plastic slats of the lower prius grille to eliminate vibration. (necessary? ideal? I never had splitter rods on the Hyundai - but maybe the lights bounced a bit with bumper flex ?)

Also, an option google Ai reco is to re-drill the mounting holes in the face of the light wing behind the licence plate. (Your JDM Prius bumper features standard Japanese factory license plate mounting points. These holes are spaced 210 mm (8.26 inches) apart center-to-center. Conversely, North American universal hardware like the Carr Light Wing is pre-drilled for standard US/Canadian license plate slots, which are 7 inches (177.8 mm) apart. [1, 2]) - would this be better than having the weight and spacing of a mounting plate bumping things out farther ? Shouldn't be too hard to drill 2 holes in aluminum with a simple hand drill.

I do like the look and placement of the CARR Light wing, but if there's a better more ideal mount I'm open to suggestions.
