remember when Tesla fired the whole charging department? Tesla built the most electric vehicle fast-charging stations and ports in the United States in 2025, maintaining its dominant market position by adding thousands of new Supercharger ports as part of a record-breaking national buildout exceeding 18,000 total new DC fast-charging ports (according to analytics firm Paren Tesla continues to build out the most fast-charging ports and stations in the U.S. by a wide margin, outpacing competitors like Electrify America, EVgo, and ChargePoint. Other major players actively expanding fast-charging infrastructure include EVgo, Electrify America, and retail giant Walmart.
He sold all his TSLA stock a couple years ago, and is not known to have any remaining market investments.
There are several interesting ones like Slate and Rivian. And an equal number of ‘losers.’ None that meet my requirement for Full Self Driving. At age 76, I want my car to do the driving. On a perfect day, I tell the car to take me to the emergency room and arrive deceased. Bob Wilson
