That illustrates yet another misunderstanding. The people who were asking to see your covid vaxx cards, were not "covered entities" subject to HIPAA.

You didn't have to answer, but they could legally ask, and could legally decline you from entering.

I would be surprised if a company felt threatened by my lawsuit funding capabilities. Certified letter likely air mailed to trash bin.

I can name two presidents in office during covid, can you? One especially was really bad at it, the first one who is also the one now, he tried to play a doctor. Isn’t that hilarious, a hotel manager guy giving the nation medical advice? Not funny for the victims though.
I am not a gun silencer buyer, but I know people who buy them know what the sole purpose of them to be made was. I don’t want to know the technical aspects of gun silencers, why would I want to know that.

Interestingly enough, the new M7 'features' a 13-inch barrel with an integrated can on the end which seems to keep the gasses where they should be AND keep the weapon from being overly muzzle heavy.
UNLIKE the M4's 14 inch barrel and mouse-round combination, the M7 fires an adult sized (6.8x51) bullet.
The suppressor is designed to do what they ALL are supposed to do which is principally to preserve the shooter's hearing.
Of course, since the NFA is about to go the way of the Allosaurus, those shorties (SBRs) will be widely available in the civilian market in due time. :)

ANOTHER thing that suppressors have in common with the Prius - LOTS of FUD out there by people who have strong opinions about something that they have no familiarity with.

Unless it's "Fire" in a crowded theatre or some similar scenario. ;)

Unlike firearms regulations, there is no prior restraint to prevent you from shouting "fire!" in a crowded theater. No tape or muzzle over you mouth. So if there really is a raging fire emerging, you can shout that.
It would help keep you from posting some of your misunderstandings about them, e.g. "silence bullets". They do nothing of the sort. They do attenuate or muffle the sharp gas blast that propelled the bullet, but the bullet's sonic boom or other flight-generated noise is completely unaffected. As is the mechanical noise of the firearm's operation.
Other than an old expression for which calendar it used to declare the date it was written, the Constitution and Bill of Rights do not mention God.

Do those right come from God? Or from the Magna Carta? Or somewhere else? That remains unspecified, and disputed.

I don't know of any Supreme Court justices who go that far. Certainly not the late Anthony Scalia, who wrote the ruling that overturned DC's handgun ban. Not even any Trump appointees.
