To all my Prius peeps: In case Priuschat is coming to an end, I want to thank you all for 20+ years of (mostly) good clean fun. It has been my pleasure to know you digitally, and feel some sort of 21st century connection. To anyone I have offended over the years, and I'm sure there have been more than a few, I am sincerely sorry. (mostly) Of all the chat groups I have found, the hardcore priuschatters are the most polite, intelligent, and interesting on the net. Thank you all again, and I hope this isn't the end, it is too much fun! Oh Danny, where art thou? Sincerely, Bisco
If it is maga/government hacking and flooding the site shutting it down, to protect their master from bad news, they will tire and eventually it survives. We all know his main value in life is his own image. Oddly his magas think he believes in Jesus because he says he is a Christian. I never really hear him mentioning Jesus’s teachings though. Wonder if there are examples.
This a darn good "last testament." When the time comes, which may be moments from now, or five years, this is what should popup when access is attempted.
Agreed on sentiment -- have never belonged to a forum with this ilk of fundamental problems Not been here long; apparently others here who've persisted despite a long history of these shens, hats off to ya. If it does goes down... all I'll miss are the few genuine connections with peeps here (big surprise, mostly fellow veterans). The rest can sunset whenever, I guess
Frankly I have been to better forums which had active Admin willing to archive the database in order to install new base software. I have also been involved with forums with active moderators willing to help "moderate" bad actors, salesmen and extreme errors. Usually requires many technically qualified moderators for a site this large.
enjoyed your many post over the years- you seem to listen to others well and express your opinions well also, that is often a tough item to balance
Agreed! I joined in 2019, a couple years after we got our first Prius in 2017 and I've enjoyed learning the nuances of the Toyota Hybrid (which, still, is the gold standard of hybrids) in both maintaining them and operating them.

It looks like this site has been running on auto-pilot for quite a while: About PriusChat Founded in 2003, PriusChat has been the go-to spot for Prius, hybrid, and EV discussion for over 10 years. PriusChat is the one of the largest privately-owned car forums left on the internet. We hope you'll join our home to educated & critical discussion, falling outside of the fray of Internet trolls & unconstructive discussion.
