I've been working on this Prius for the past month or so, I was finally able to get the engine started however it will not stay running for more than a minute or two. So far I have replaced the inverter mounting brackets, radiator support, inverter coolant reservoir, A/C Condenser, air cleaner box, 12v battery, radiator, radiator fan, and the passenger headlight. Yesterday I could not get the engine to start at all but I figured out that I had the incorrect color pinout on my replacement wiring harness for the TPS. The original TPS sensor harness was entirely severed in a front end collision so I had spliced in a replacement. I swapped the wires to the correct position and the engine finally started, however it quit after running for about a minute and I got the red triangle. I am still getting codes related to the throttle circuit. I have ordered a used throttle body in case it's the throttle position sensor that is bad. I'm thinking maybe I damaged the sensor trying to start the engine with the incorrect pinout, or perhaps leaking coolant caused a short, or maybe my splicing is bad. I did see coolant stains on the MAF sensor as well, should I try cleaning it?
