Thanks for the information on the leveling mechanism in the rear. I checked that and it seems OK. I found this behind the lower glove box. I unplugged it and then plugged it back in and now everything is working normally. I guess that somehow caused it to reset itself.
This is the part that I unplugged and plugged back in. Leveling started working correctly after that.
