Hi guys! I have been lurking for a few weeks here and finally purchased an 07 Barcelona Red Prius with package #6 (dark grey leather). I picked it up Wednesday and have had so much fun driving it. There is still a lot to learn, but reading priuschat.com has been super helpful!

The buying experience was great from Boch Toyota in Attleboro, MA. After dealing with several dealerships via the internet, they gave me the best price at 25,782, which was 3,692 off MSRP.

I am so excited to learn all about this new car & just wanted to introduce myself :)

    Stev0,

I hope to see more Prii on the road! My fiance and I drove to Vermont this weekend and only spotted 1 the entire 6 hour round trip. I was dissapointed and lost the bet with him since I thought we would see a lot more.

I know we have had a really mild winter so far, but have you ever driven yours in snow? (Like last winter, maybe?) I am a little nervous after reading what some people have experienced... Most of my driving is the highway, 30 miles each way to work, so I think it will be just fine. I am a Florida transplant, having moved to NE 2 years ago, so the winter driving is a whole new world to me.

    Anyways, nice meeting you guys!!!

Go on the Mass Pike. I was driving it yesterday. At one point I was stuck in the middle lane, when I was passed on the left AND the right by Priii at the same time!

Just got it in September, so, as you know, I haven't been able to test it out on snow yet. Driving on snow is pretty easy; just go nice and slow. Driving on ice rain is the killer (both metaphorically and literally).

That is a great price! I bought my Prius in December and I was only able to get $500 off MSRP. Oh well, I still love the car!

No worries! I feel that a good deal depends on the individual. As long as you are happy with what you paid, then it is a good deal :)

I got lucky with buying this car because of timing but I would have happily paid MSRP for it, I love it!
