    Hi All,

1st post...after 9 month wait our 2004 black Prius Package 6 is here. They want $22,429 for it. Is that a good deal? I presume it is judging my second hand prices? Should we be getting a 2005?

Thanks in advance for your help

    Gary

Sounds about right. BI is $1,100 over base, at least for the 2005.

I believe BI is the letter code for the 2004 #6 package.

FWIW, by all indications, the latest shipment of cars arriving this week should be 2005s.

I took delivery of a 2005 Prius (Salsa Red BC) on Wednesday the fifteenth.

It must have been on the boat that arrived at the Port of Long Beach around September 7. I did not have the opportunity to track its cross ocean voyage as it was a "bonus" car which the dealer got and then offered to my car broker.

It took a whole three hours from the time I found out that the car was available to the time that I was driving it home on the freeway.

That sticker will look really good on a Salsa Red Prius.

I have an English language one on my 1987 MBZ 300E (with 217,000 miles, I am the original owner) which is parked right in front of the house, because the third stall in our garage is full of junk. I'll keep it for another few weeks. Maybe until after the elections.

I have been looking for a place to put a political campaign sticker on the Prius without obstructing the rear view. So far, I have not found a location where it will not damage the paint.
