Programming SE/SS -- Location of do-it-yourself instructions

A while back a European web site had information on how to program a new fob to your car without the fancy tool the service folks use. Now I can't find that link. (not a suprise as I have about 400 different Prius links in my bookmarks!) I'm afraid the site may be down or changed as the links I though were it were not working.

Here's why I ask.... If you've been following my EL010-04 Report Thread you'll know that they managed to screw up my SE/SS system. I called today and they talked to "Kansas City" who basicly said they just need both fobs and to reprogram the SE/SS system. I plan to go in Wed. for just that.

BUT, I thought I'd take advantage of the opportunity to try to do it myself, manually, if I could find those instructions. Now, they may not work if the car and both fobs must all be together and at least one fob properly linked to the car since neither of my fobs work with the car right now. But I thought I'd give it a go and report here for future reference.

So, if you know the link I'm talking about (esp. you European folks) I'd really appreciate you pointing me to it.
