I would suggest that you contact the Prius Chat shop to confirm that they do indeed have your order for our BT Tech stiffening plate.

Man, I finally took the plunge and ordered one, but with Paypal I got an email saying Danny was sent my payment, but the bt plate is still in my "cart" in the accessories shop. So it looks like I paid for one, but did I order one??? any help??

I ordered one last Friday 4/20, I believe it all went smooth, but could you check on one for Robin Cox as well? The interface is pretty messy so I understand the confusion of everyone. It makes me wonder if mine was a clean transaction as well.

Same thing happened to me , I ordered it on Saturday thru PayPal, got confirmation that they were paid, but no confirmation from Prius Chat Shop. I e-mailed them and Danny but so far no response from them, I even attached my confirmation from PayPal.

same here. paid for it thru paypal and have no confirmation from priuschat. and i emailed the priuschat shop and haven't heard anything back.

 

Brain or Danny:

Why am I getting $153 instead of $145 when I place the plate in the shopping cart?
Is that correct? I thought it was tax, but the price was not changed for the torque wrench I also intend to purchase.
Your comment will be appreciated. Not that $8 really matter that much....

You should be receiving a UPS Quantum View Notify to the email address that you specified when you placed your order. In this email, it will contain you UPS tracking number so you can track your order and know when the delivery date will be.

This sale has been a huge success and we are starting to run low on our stock of BT plates. If we happen to run out of plates and your order was submitted before the end of the sale (4/27/07) you will be locked in to receive the sales price as soon as we receive our next production run of BT plates.
