I currently have a pretty cool personalized plate (see below) "TOGOB4". But just very recently my alma mater got Missouri to adopt a "Go Hogs" license plate with an Arkansas Razorback. This is, by default, a personalized plate. But instead of the usual 6 characters to custom number you only get 4 characters due to the space taken by the 'hog' image.

So, I'm considering a switch to these nice tags but would like to retain a prius theme for the plate number. I'm looking for suggestions for a logical number....any thoughts?

You're going to give up a cool plate like that, just so you can have a hog on your plate?

You could just drop the "TO" and make it "GOB4". It maintains what you've always established. You just lose the preposition.

It may not be a strict translation, but it's in the spirit.

Ok, I like that thought and it would still make sense to other Prius people "in the know'.
    Still open to other suggestions!

Initially I was thinking 5 characters, LO CO2, but it sounds that 4-char limit is set in stone.
I'm not sure of your view of South Park, but PIUS might work? or SMUG. There's other 5 chars options, but for 4 chars, I think GOB4 is the most reasonable change for you.

I think a good plate, at least for some areas, would be:
    • UBIQ
since the car is so ubiquitous.

Thanks for the great ideas everyone. I sent in the app. today with GOB4 listed first, HBRD second, PZEV third and NIMH as my 4th choice.
