Probably not very well, you can only see a few feet in front of the bumper with only foglights. They might do well if converted to HID, though.

They aren't. They suck. The factory halogens project about 16" in front of the car. Honestly, you can NOT use these for actual fog lights. Decoration only... until they're powered with something serious.

I agree. they shoot too close and offer no improvement. I've used the low beems for the HIDs and they work just fine. In 10 to 15 foot fog visability, i was able to see the shines of markers almost 40 to 50 feet away. the fog lights lit up the fog more.

Darell, I thought I remembered seeing something on the site but can't find it, now. Is there a way to get rid of teh service required light on the dashboard without having to go to the Toyota dealership? Thanks as always.

Check and make sure the ODO is on ODO (ie not Trip A or Trip B), power down. Now, Press and hold the ODO button then hit the power button (while still holding the ODO button). Once it powers up watch the odometer display...it'll show dashes or zeros or something like that...it'll fill up and then show the correct odometer reading and you can let go of the ODO button and the service light should be reset.

Evan beat me to it. This is a frequently asked question, so I put it in my FAQ of all places. :) Maybe not the best place, but hey. You'll find it here:
