I have a Motorola RAZR that does not upload entries to the phonebook. Is there a way that I can manually add entries to the Prius Phonebook?

That depends on the model year of the car. No for the 04 and 05 models. Yes for the 06 and newer.

I can upload my phonebook entry on Motorola RAZR to the Prius. It's not the whole phone book, but at least one entries at a time. What kind of problem do you have on BT sync with your RAZR and Prius?

Try follow the steps from toyota site?

I can also manually add entries to the Prius Phonebook on my 07 Prius.

I downloaded the one sheet directions from the Toyota site. Then I started to follow it. However, I noticed after I selected an entry in the contact list and went to 'Send' one of the options was 'Select Multiple'. I selected that, then I was able to select all the other contact I wanted to send over to the Prius. That worked. It was more than just one click (one click for each contact), but not bad.
