Best cargo mat?

    Anyone have opinions or experience on the best cargo mat for a Prius (mine is 2007).

    I've heard good things about weathertech, but I wanted to see who had experience with them and others.

    I personally have the OEM trunk/cargo mat in the back of my car with the ExactMat clear cargo mat on top of it for protection. But, by far the most popular one in the PriusChat Shop to buy is the Weathertech Cargo Liner Mat. I recently had one shipped to the house so that I could check it out, and it is a very very nice mat. Far and away better than the OEM mat/ExactMat combo. It is very high quality and has a raised outer rim that keeps water or whatever from going where you don't want it.



    I would suggest the Weathertech one (picture shows grey but it's usually only available in gray).

    I just purchased the weathertech cargo liner today. Also got the floor liners. I will let you know how they are.

    Soon after I purchased the Prius I purchased a WeaterTech Custom-fit Cargo Liner through AutoSport.

    They are in the AutoSport catalog available in tan, black or gray. I'm sure they are available elsewhere.

    It fits like a glove and I am very pleased with the quality.

    In a previous auto I had WeaterTeck floor mats and was very pleased with them also.

    I have a black Weathertech cargo mat in a dark grey interior as well and can say it is the best cargo mat I have ever had. The 2 I had in previous cars (Ford Explorer, Subaru Forester) were really slippery making it hard to keep anything in place while in the back. The Weathertech however has a grippy surface which seems to keep things in place much better. It fits great too. Highly recomended
