Dang, that was a blast to watch! Hard to take, but what a match!

Roger is my hero. Man, I'm glad he won... But I have to say that Nadal is the greatest competitor I have ever seen, excepting perhaps Federer.

One of the best matches I have ever seen in my life- I envy my friends who went there to see it live! Federer may be the best player ever. And Nadal is amazing- how about the backhand winner he hit when he had fallen on his nice person? It was also good to see Bjorn Borg there, who seemed happy for Federer's acheivement in tying his record of five consecutive Wimbledons.

Nadal had Federer pinned down in the 5th set with a 15-40 break point opportunity and an open court forehand winner that he hit slightly wide. That gave Federer just the opening he needed to come storming back. Nadal had his chance. He blew it, and he knew it.

I give Federer a lot of credit for playing some extraordinary defense. Nadal really pushed Federer to the limit this time. Looks like he's figured out Federer's game. His being left-handed obviously gives him an advantage against Federer's killer crosscourt backhand.

This match will do gown as one of the most memorable ever.
