    Hi all,
I've looked around and no one seems to offer a dashboard cover for the Prius. Maybe because its a complicated dash with many holes and the HUD bulge. I have a friend who owns a car uphostelery shop so I'm going to take a shot at designing one this weekend and see if I can get him to sew it together for me. One with a integrated hood for the HUD...Who knows??..maybe there's market for it if its done well. I'll post some pics when I'm done.

I ordered from Kragen, fits nicely. Must use the Velcro to hold in place. May need to buy extra Velcro. Once in, no problems.

It was a year ago and I don't remember the price. Usually $25-$40 depends on if it is on sale. It'll take a couple of days to get pics taken and posted (sorry loaned camera). I think the brand was Dashmat. I noticed another thread on dashcovers You might find pics there.

Cool..wish we had a Kragens around here. I have seen some on eBay but they look really cheesey. And have no hood. I'm thinking about using a little thicker material and integrating a nice hood. I'm going to give it a shot and post my efforts. Thanks alot for your replies!

If you go to Modifications forum, you will find everything you needed to know about a dash mat cover. Dashtopper in Arizona, has them available for Prius. Assortment of colors and textures, and prices. My experience thus far....stick with black, and I am pleased with the Sedona suede quality. Waiting for it to arrive, had to return the charcoal colored one.
