Anyone have any ideas on how I can dump my phone contacts into the Prius so I can use bluetooth to call out?

I managed to get the Blackberry and the car to sync up, but the phone book won't.

I've had this 2007 prius since sunday and it's driving me nuts! The rest of the car seems so well thought out, but this is mind wrenching. I can't even seem to get speed dial numbers put in manually.

I have an 8800 with the same problem. It works to answer calls or make them but it doesn't seem to be able to transfer the phone book.

Also doesn't show caller-ID on incoming calls.

Yep, took at a look at it again and it all worked great. Dealer couldn't get it to work and I didn't play with it much before posting.

    Hey there,
So were you able to upload your address book from your 8800 to the car? seems like it's not possible?

sucked it right in from my 8800 blackberry into the 2006 prius, in spite of what it said. read the documentation, follow the directions. won't guarentee anything for any other model of blackberry, just the 8800 with the mouse ball.

When you say "sucked it right in" do you mean it synced it up automatically? Or that you were able to push the address book over from teh 8800 to the Prius bluetooth? I ask because I was not able to get my BB to automatically sync addresses with my parents' 2007 Prius, but I WAS able to push the address book over manually. I haven't tried this in my new Prius yet. If there is a way to get the phone book to auto-sync that would be awesome!!

What are the steps that you followed. I have an 8800 and all I get is either a BB lockup on waiting for bluetooth, a server error or the BB disconnects the bluetooth connection? I would really appreciate some help from anyone who got this to work.
