Really don't want to start writing next week's lecture just yet -- let's just check out PC. Nothing in Main or TD that grabs me, FHOP, hmmm.
Ha - OK - Nah. Ok, this one. Hearing voices in the garage? Cutsey scientific terminology? Reviewers' arses?

Gotta wash out that mug soon, neck and shoulders still hurt, an hour till lunch (again).

    Dang, go back to work.

Bottom of the first, Cubs didn't score.
Gotta see how much stuff I can get done before my wife gets home. She's getting her hair cut (it looks great, it looks great, it looks great). Can't forget to tell her that it looks great. She's probably not going to make anything for dinner.

Too many Chicago Prius Group To-Do items for now. Hopefully I can knock out a couple. WHAT THE HELL AM I DOING WASTING MY TIME IN THIS THREAD??

Why are the lyrics for Petula Clark's song Downtown going through my head?

    Coffee breath is really gross...

    I'm hungry...

    It's Friday... sigh. YEAH!

where else to do people share random thoughts?

my son's not home from school yet - I wonder just how much trouble he's in today - ok, I need to be optimistic - he's not in 'trouble' - think happy thoughts

scooby doo is still around despite the incredibly low animation quality and predictably corny story lines

I'm getting a headache - I spend waaaaaay to much time on the pc

Why did I eat that brownie?

    Is it 5:00 yet?

Wonder how much traffic I'll have to fight on the way home?

I really hope the construction is completed at the office tomorrow, so that all this mess can be put back in order...

Isn't it weird that Withersea started this thread, but he's not been back to post in days? Is he too busy streaming to write?

Why do I eat so much food that I feel compelled to have to go to the gym to work it off? Why don't I just eat less?

How could it be that we've had three handymen to our house over the past several years and they all seem to be fixing each other's deficiencies? Could it truly be that the handyman appointment that's scheduled for the beginning of October is the last and final appointment and he'll finish everything on the list?

I'm nervous about leaving my cats when I go on vacation in a month. I worry they'll be lonely for me. Am I a self consumed delusional person whose cats could really care less if I'm there or not but really just appreciate the food that I provide?

There are a number of PC posters whose thought patterns are really intriguing.

Sometimes I wish mysterysquid would drop back in and stir things up a little.

I need to send Hyo a pic or two from our BC trip, but only one is worthwhile and it's a kid pic.

Why does the line, "Will no one rid me of this turbulent (president) keep running through my head?

Lunch? Who mentioned lunch...I'll be right there!

    I mentioned lunch.

I got my 'clear to close'! I get to have two mortgages! Yeah me!

Of course, I only want one. So will someone please buy my house in Florida?

Oh, why am I still up?

I wondered why I never got a pic from Red.

    TJ got his house!

    Will Jack ever come back?

Why are multi-million dollar intersections necessary, but pedestrian overpasses 'too expensive'?

Do up and down quarks cancel each other out?

Do left and right handed quarks cancel each other out as well? Is there such a thing or did I dream that I read of such a thing?

Why does my husband insist on entertaining? I cannot stand entertaining. I am not a social person and detest crowded spaces. Is it because I'm not good cleaner and when he schedules entertaining it's the only time I feel compelled to clean the house?

My heating bills get so high I have to keep the thermstat at around 63 degrees. It's so cold in here that my fingers are not agile and it's hard for me to type right now. Why does an enviro girl reside in such a drafty house?

It's early harvest time here on the left coast. My fingers ache in anticipation of work to be done.

I grew my hair for almost a year in honor of the Summer of Love Memorial. Now it's time to cut it and I'm starting to get compliments on it. Maybe I'll grow it. Gimme head with hair, Long beautiful hair, Shining, gleaming, streaming, flaxen, waxen. Give me down to there, hair!, shoulder length or longer.

I drip with anticipation of voting the charge, spend and murder party out. I think this will be the first presidential election in 3 decades where I can vote for someone I want, and not vote against the worst choices.

    Yeah! TJ's house closed!

I am entertaining too this afternoon, but I enjoy it. Why doesn't SSimon send her company my way so she doesn't have to deal with them.

Having to be tip toe quiet in a house where everyone else is still sleeping, is no fun...

Do I go to Target today or tomorrow?

    Must get on the treadmill...

Why does cat poop stink so much?

Does anybody really know what time it is?

Is anyone truly 'normal', or is just a theoretical concept like an average of 2.5 kids per family?

Should we really wish for fame and fortune, or would we merely flame out like everyone else with too much time and not enough responsibility?

There's a fine line between genius and insanity, seldom drawn by the person in question.
