My ScanGauge doesn't stay on anymore. According to the manual and troubleshooting if it doesn't come on and there is no back light it's a fuse but I can turn mine on and set the back color but it won't stay on. Also, when I bought it at Hybridfest they said there would be an upgrade in about two weeks. Well, that was over 2 months ago. Anyone know what's happening?
Check to make sure the fuel type is set to "Hybrid". That's the first thing that comes to mind. As far as the update, see here.
