Alternative help to tracking accessories...

    Back on the 19th of September, I purchased:

    1 x WeatherTech Toyota Prius Cargo Liner Mat

    from the Toyaota Accessories Shop here on line and was written that there would be a 1 week delivery for it. Well, we are now close to 3 weeks and I have sent two emails to them to request status and have heard nothing. What are my next steps? Who else can I contact?

    Any help greatly appreciated. ;)

    Odd... I ordered my stuff on the 24th and got it last week. The floor mats came first, then the trunk lid, then the shark fin, but the trunk liner came last, about 3 weeks after.
