    Hello group..
Hoping someone might know this part number.. I ordered this from one of the vendors I have seen listed here, but it looks different. Part number is PU140-00900 and says "Toyota Canada Inc" on the box. The cable doesn't have the split cable protector on it but has shiny insulation like stuff. The heater part looks correct, the plug in part fits into the back of the heater. It doesn't have the slip over rubber part I have seen on some pictures. I did a search for this part number but didn't find a reference to it..Any ideas what I have?

    Thanks!
    John
PS the part number on the receipt is 00113-00213-00900 but the box has the number above. Also the printed instructions in the box are for a 2007 Lexus LS460/460L with a 1UR-FSE engine.

That's exactly the one I got from Burnsville. Wayne (FireEngineer) installed it on Saturday for me and it seemed to pique his curiousity as well, said it was the new model. Anyways, he installed it no problem, it's working well and actually has a longer cord by 1.5 ft. so he was actually excited that it could open up new possibilities for plug location.

    Very cool!
Thanks for getting back to me. I was wondering if it might just be a "new and improved" unit. Looks like the insulation stuff is heat resistant so might be better than that split tube stuff. Can't wait to get it put in!

    Thanks again!

New yes, improved not really. That shiny foil wrap is stiff, I hard a harder time routing the cord from the top down to the heater. The heater clip is a little different but overall is the same. The cord length could be troublesome, there may be too much slack at times. But it's OK, they all go in the same.

    Hi Wayne..
Thanks for the reply..Not to mention the shiny foil stuff makes it more "conspicuous" than the other stuff..Hopefully it will go in easily, been looking over the installation info listed here to familiarize myself with the underside of the car. I bet you can do them with your eyes closed! :D

Mine came yesterday too, I was little confused by the shiny part of it as reading the previous posts it didn't look like what people had been getting before. I'll be putting mine in this weekend (unless FireEngineer is coming down to Phoenix any time soon :p ).
